VOLUNTEER AT TTG EVENTS

    Volunteering for a Tactical Games event gives an opportunity to see firsthand how an event flows.

    If you are a new athlete on your journey to start competing, volunteering is an excellent way to get started. If you are a seasoned competitor, volunteering is a great way to get more involved in the community.

    There are a wide variety of options when it comes to volunteering, each event is different and may require a special role.

    VOLUNTEER ROLES

    Various positions available to support event operations

    Scorekeeper

    • •Counting hits/misses on paper targets
    • •Entering data into the scoring app

    Resetter

    • •Target Resetting – hustling down range after the cold range command to take down shot paper targets and staple up new targets
    • •Equipment Resetting – helping reset the stage between heats, assisting in weight changes or other equipment needs

    REQUIRED EQUIPMENT

    • ✓Closed-toe Shoes

    RECOMMENDED ITEMS

    • â—‹Sunscreen / Bug Spray
    • â—‹Hat
    • â—‹Weather appropriate clothing (rain/sun/etc)
    • â—‹Personal items needed
    • â—‹Any personal snacks/drinks (water provided at each stage)

    ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

    Please review the following volunteer credit requirements

    • 1.No more than 2 volunteer credits per calendar year
    • 2.Volunteers must be present at the event for a minimum of 2 days to be eligible
    • 3.Volunteer slot redemptions are limited to 20 per match, first come first served
    • 4.Volunteer credits do NOT transfer to other competitors/friends/spouses
    • 5.Volunteer credits do NOT apply to the National Championship event
    • 6.Volunteer credits are valid for 1 calendar year from the date of volunteering
